1. Who we are

RouteTab is a mobile application operated by Helgem Tech LLC ("RouteTab," "we," "us," or "our"). RouteTab is used by direct-store-delivery and field-sales representatives to record orders and sales and to send customers a receipt by text message. 2. Information we collect

• Customer contact information: a mobile phone number, which the customer provides to a sales representative at the point of sale so that a receipt can be sent by text message.
• Transaction information: the details of the sale needed to produce a receipt, such as items purchased, quantities, amounts, date, and the store or merchant.
• App and device information: standard technical data generated when representatives use the RouteTab app, such as device identifiers, log data, and usage information, used to operate and secure the service.

3. How the phone number is collected and used

A customer's mobile phone number is collected only when the customer gives it to a sales representative at the point of sale and agrees to receive a receipt by text message. We use the phone number solely to send that transactional receipt and, where applicable, to respond to STOP or HELP requests. Receiving a text receipt is optional and is not required to complete a purchase. We send transactional messages only; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

4. SMS messaging and your consent

By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive a text receipt, the customer consents to receive a transactional SMS receipt from RouteTab for that transaction. A customer may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, a customer may reply HELP or contact us at helgem.tech@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply.

5. How we share information — and what we never share

We do not sell or rent customer information obtained through our SMS program. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate RouteTab and deliver text receipts, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services:

• Twilio, Inc. — to transmit SMS receipts to the customer's mobile carrier.
• Supabase, Inc. — to host the application and securely store data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data security

We protect information using industry-standard encryption and secure storage, and we maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

7. Data retention

We retain transaction and contact information for as long as needed to provide receipts and meet our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your choices

Customers can stop receiving text receipts at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion, contact helgem.tech@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the effective date above will be updated when we make changes.
